Finca Chejoj was inherited by Alexandro Laìnez from his grand father in 1980.  On a perch overlooking the San Pedro Necta valley, Alejandro and his family grow healthy Catuaí, Pache, and Bourbon trees. Cherries are picked ripe, washed and immersed for 18 hours before being dried on patios for six to seven days.
