Dry-processed coffees are quite controversial. Their flavour is often intense and exceptionally atypical. Because this method involves drying the coffee cherries with the fruit on, it makes the coffee more susceptible to defects. The Aricha mill has a long history of producing outstanding coffee, both washed and natural process. Over 700 producers contribute to this buying station.
